Currently in production the Bilton Grange project features intricate joinery, including two oak staircases with kite winder treads, CNC-cut for precise fitting of treads, risers, and shaped strings. Oak newels, handrails, and spindles add a classic touch. A total of 44 ceiling motifs, crafted in 2.4-meter square sections with curved CNC detailing, elevate the design. Oak wall panelling completes the Hub, while CNC-produced curved formals allow for seamless wall panel sections. Additional elements include five window seats and 131 custom window and door profiles, ensuring integration with brickwork. The joinery enriches the school’s cutting-edge new boarding house, designed for modern comfort and flexibility.
